Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, our online store delivers exclusively within South Africa.
If you’re shopping from elsewhere, no stress — ORRO products are also available on Amazon, so you can still get your hands on them no matter where you are.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. ORRO ships orders daily and your order will be shipped the following day from order date.
Estimated Delivery time:
Cape Town: 2 - 4 Days
Johannesburg: 3 - 5 Days
Other Towns: 4 - 6 Days
Rural/Outlying Areas: 5 - 8 Days
If I changed my mind or don't like my order can I still return it?
Of course you can. ORRO has pride in the products it sells and understands that there could be many reasons as to why you would like to return it after receiving. Provided that the product is returned in accordance to the return policy.
